I have to be brave and try this recipe of yours too... I save brave because I LOVE a boneless pork loin but I just make mine PLAIN and it comes out great. Meaning: I just put it in a roasting pan, put salt and pepper on it, and roast it and it comes out delicious. Then I make gravy from the drippings. So for me to try a rub and herb crust would be new to me! Your husband is funny, he sounds like my son.
